Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories, hardware, manuals, and documentation included.
A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:
Installed, used, or damaged items not due to our error
Electrical and electronic components (e.g., sensors, modules) once opened
Special order or custom-made parts
Clearance or final sale items
Used parts 

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
