RETURNS POLICY

We offer exchange or credit voucher for Change of mind & all other returns except where the item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its intended purpose, or does not match the sample or our description, in which case we will repair, exchange or refund. Please go to the ACCC website for more information regarding your customer guarantees & rights.

- Item/s must be returned within 7 days of receipt by customer.

- Please contactus prior to returning for authorisation & to make appropriate arrangements.

- For change of mind & all other returns, customer pays for all shipping charges.

- For return of faulty goods, we will pay all shipping costs.

- Change of mind returns need to be in original unused & unopened condition and in original packaging.

- Items cannot be returned instore.
